How do they work? The 6 and 10 foot (1.8 and 3 meter) speed training bands are longer than our other resistance bands but just as easy to use. Simply attach one end to an anchor point or a partner. Step into the loop and turn on beast mode! Trainers and athletes often use for springing, plyometrics, footwork, agility and explosive training.
