Scaling Calisthenics Pull Ups by @Muscle_up_jarvis WCO Master Trainer
Pullups are touted as the best total upper body strengthening exercise. This pull up training guide takes a multidimensional approach at strengthening each upper body and core muscle group involved in performing pullups. The workouts use only a bar and bands to systematically build functional strength and drastically increase the amount of pullups you can perform on your own.
This training guide is broken out into five individual workouts. Each exercise in the workout is linked to an instructional video that demonstrates the movement to improve your technique. The guide is easy to follow and is delivered as a pdf, which is accessible on any device.
