This beginner street workout training guide, created by Andrew “@Muscle_Up_Jarvis” Jarvis, offers the building blocks to help develop well-rounded strength and transition through calisthenics bodyweight training progressions.
Learn the progressive calisthenics basics behind the planche, front lever, back lever and muscle ups. The beginner guide is meant to develop the strength and building blocks needed to to help transition from a pull-up to a muscle-up and a tuck lever to a full front lever. The workouts are broken out into a 3 day per week training schedule that can be modified, scaled, and repeated well into the future. The eBook is easy to follow and is delivered as a pdf that is viewable on any device and each exercise is linked to an instructional video to break down the movement pattern so you lock in correct form. The program design was created by Andrew “Muscle Up” Jarvis, a WCO Level 1&2 StreetSport Master Trainer, and an icon in the SoCal Calisthenics Community.
