This week, the recipe theme is “semi-homemade,” and not just because I am a huge Sandra Lee fan (although Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade Cocktail Time is in my cookbook collection). The other reason is because lots of bloggers have been taking the semi-homemade route recently.
The recipes are a little vegan-heavy, not on purpose, but just because the vegan bloggers were really nailing it this week! If you are typically anti-vegan, these may be the ones to change you. These bloggers are all great at making delicious recipes that just happen to be vegan.
