We are now going to be posting weekly real-time exercise videos that you can do anywhere you can take your bands. Each video is five minutes long, so you can do it once as part of the rest of your work out, or you can repeat it for a few sets. We will also be posting an exercise guide so that once you use the video to learn the routine, you can print out the directions and move your fitness away from your computer.
