Designing your own workout routine can be a daunting task at any fitness level. The great thing about your bands is that you have all the equipment you need, but now you need to figure out what to do with them! That is how we will help.

Each week we will post specific tips on how to design your own workout routine. We will also offer specific exercises and stretches that you can incorporate into your routine. We will explain to you how different exercises are better for different people, and how to figure out which ones are best suited for you.

Before you begin, you need to make an honest assessment of yourself to figure out how to approach the design. Over the next day or two, think about how you have exercised in the past and how you hope to exercise in the future.
