When you’re busy, finding time to exercise can be difficult. But Rubberbanditz is all about functional fitness. 1)      First thing in the morning

You know when your alarm goes off and you know you have to get up but instead you scroll through Instagram. Instead of reaching for your phone, reach for your resistance band. Bonus you can use your resistance bands with your eyes closed.

2)      Coffee/Lunch Break

When you hit a lull at your job and you feel the urge for a Starbucks, fight it and start exercising instead. Exercise will give you a boost of energy, in a way that a pumpkin spice latte won’t.

3)      When You’re Cooking Dinner

I’m a huge fan of microwave cooking, so if you actually use the stove this might not be for you. If you’re a fan of microwaving meals like I am, waiting for the food to cook can be a great time to do a few sets with your resistance band.

4)      During Screen Time

Come on, even on the busiest of days you still take a few moments to unwind. Whether that’s watching some TV or going on Facebook use your band while you absentmindedly stare at a screen.

5)      Right Before You Crawl Into Bed

After a long day, there’s nothing better than just crawling into bed. But just like you brush your teeth, you can work busting out one more set with your resistance band into your nightly routine.
