Strike Stability Wrist Cuffs

Our Strike Stability Wrist Cuffs are made with a locking thumb loop to stabilize the hand and evenly distribute tension. These cuffs are an effective training tool for adding resistance to natural bodyweight movements and can be used in conjunction with cables or bands to perform a variety of exercises.

Training Functionality:

Martial Arts Striking: These straps are popular for striking, takedown and defense skill work in a number of different martial arts disciplines including: Karate, Judo, wrestling, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai / Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, Kung Fu, MMA, as well as boxing.

Throwing:

The thumb stabilization mechanism provides comfortable range of motion for adding resistance to the throwing movement pattern. Chief among these throwing sports is baseball and football. We've also seen volleyball and tennis inspired training drills structured to strengthen spiking and hitting movements.

The padded Wrist Cuffs are popular for training strict muscle-ups, front levers, back levers, planches, and other calisthenics inspired assisted bodyweight exercises.
