Wrap one band under both feet and grasp the ends in each hand. Raise your legs and hold in a static position.

Tips:

  • Keep back flat on the floor.
  • Keep abs tight to avoid lower back pain.
  • If uncomfortable, place hands under glutes to support your torso.
