Together these two bands offer three different training combinations (one with the Robust Band, one with the Power Band, and one with both). This accommodates gradual increases in strength and enables drop sets. Example: doing a set of assisted pull ups with just the Robust Band until failure, then immediately switch to the Power Band for a second set, and finally combine both bands for a set in rapid succession.

Most other bands are made from a cast, meaning they are fabricated by pouring rubber into a mold. If you slide your finger around our bands, you'll notice a thin seam (like tape).
