Technical Stretch/Force Data

We created the following charts to give you an idea of the resistance each band will add to your lift. The first chart shows the "practical resistance" or about how much weight it would feel like you're lifting.

The second table is more scientific and is derived from testing done with the Akron Rubber Development Laboratory. This table shows the amount of tension when the band is stretched from a resting state.
