Everyone knows how to do push-ups. Push-ups with resistance bands, however, are a whole new ballgame. Bands supercharge the traditional chest exercise, providing additional resistance in both directions. The trick is to maintain steady movement and body control in both directions (hint: it’s going to be tough going down!)
