2.3 oz, ¼” wide; provides approximately 5-15 lbs of resistance. This band’s light weight and low tension provide a perfect compliment for smaller muscle group exercises. Widely used as aerobic bands, Pilates bands, rehab bands or to add a touch more resistance to any exercise. Small enough to stow away in your wallet or fifth pocket, you can access your workout anywhere on-demand.

Increase the resistance from medium to maximum by stretching this circular band up to 2.5 times its original length or combine with lighter bands for extra tension.

NOTE: Colors may vary. All circular exercise bands are 41" (104 cm) in length and come in three sizes with varying resistances. Our natural rubber latex is over 99.998% free of soluble proteins (latex allergens). Effects of use by people with latex sensitivity is unknown and not recommended.
